Gabrielle grew up in a small sport-orientated town on the outskirts of Melbourne that didn’t have a lot to offer for aspiring performers. Despite this, Gabrielle was driven to be on stage and took every opportunity to pursue her passion and further develop her performance skills, no matter the distance. Gabrielle's love of performing was formed by watching Musical Theatre as a child and finding herself transported away from reality and immersed in endless possibilities that only music could provide. Gabrielle began acting, singing and dancing at the age of four and never looked back. Gabrielle sang at a range of events around Melbourne, typically as a featured artist and sometimes as a backing vocalist. She also partook in local theatre in her adolescence to practice her craft and gain knowledge from experienced peers. During high school, Gabrielle sang at local bars and restaurants to gain smaller, more intimate performance experience. Many weddings and charity events came into her performance credits between the ages of 16-18 before she left to pursue formal training. In 2020, Gabrielle acquired a Bachelor of Musical Theatre Degree at Federation University Arts Academy, where she had the privilege of working with Director, Alister Smith on ‘A Chorus Line’ the Musical, amongst many more reputable Directors. Graduating during 2020 in the midst of COVID-19, as for all artists, proved difficult to continue performing. Now, in 2023 Gabrielle has opened her books to sing for Melbourne again. Gabrielle is so excited and eagerly awaiting to provide you with the gift of music once more.
